I let a girl flirt and make out with me because I liked having someone attractive after me.
I did stop.
I thought at the time, I can use this to better my relationship with my girlfriend, get better at things….and as it went on for about 20 minutes……I thought more and more, this must, must, HAS to stop.
I did leave.
I am in love with my girlfriend, she would never find out if I didn’t tell her.
I hate myself.
I can promise myself to never let a situation like that happen again. To never let myself allow insecurity and alcohol to control me.
Is that enough?

Don’t tell her. You will only hurt her and who benefits other than you, no one.
I think you should tell her. You will probably lose her. But then again she deserves someone more secure n mature plus someone who truly loves her in all ways. You are not ready to love her like that. Maybe someone else will. But your call. If you do stay treat her right from now on.
It’s not like you were just talking to this woman out of frustration… You crossed the line n touched kissed someone else. I would think long n hard if you should be in a relationship at all.
