I told them I would absolutely love the daycare volunteer work over the summer. Y’know what? The first three days absolutely changed my perspective. The teachers reprimand all the volunteers, even for the slightest mistake, we’re not taken seriously by the kids, and every time a small fight comes about, and I try to smooth it, they won’t listen or they continue to bawl without rhyme or reason.
