Leave her if you truly hate her. If you think you could rescue the relationship, work together and be dead honest.
If she cheated, tell her you are going out to find a woman one night. Leave for =several hours ( you can find a woman if you want) the anxiety and what she feels will allow her to see things from your point of view, then you two are even you can start anew.
The refusal to turn over the phone records is an admission of guilt, whether she wants to actually admit or not.
