My boss is painfully socially awkward, and an established liar. The poor thing is so socially awkward we’ve all tried to help her out, but she just gets mad. She’s disrespectful and rude…I’m starting to believe the people who said to me, “Men make better bosses.” Everyone here hates having to interact with this woman. It’s all about how she’s in charge, so defer to what she says (even when wrong), because she’s in charge. Oh, and her boss? The only person who could help? Apparently doesn’t know that some people actually treat their superiors and subordinates differently.

My favorite coworkers retired to get away from this person. Here’s hoping this 2nd interview comes soon.
