Once upon a time me and this guy were just friends. I called him a friend but I was debating if I liked him any more than that. Anyway we went on this class trip and I flirted with him the whole time.(I will deny this fact outside of this web site) Later we were texting and somehow got on the topic of who we like. I knew that he liked me and after much convincing he finally confessed. I told him that I liked him too and that may have been the biggest mistake of my life. he started to make me feel uncomfortable by telling me that I had been “driving him crazy since Wednesday” and he would text me things like “oh yeah I forgot to tell you that you looked great today.” I have serious problems taking complements so this was really bothering me. I told him that we couldn’t date because I was moving in a couple months (which I was) and that I didn’t want any sort of impending doom over a relationship. He understood but we still ended up going to see a moving together. the awkward was so thick you could have cut it with a knife. I saluted him when we he walked me to my front door. At this point I had realized that I didn’t like him in like I wanted to be his GF or something. I just thought he was a real cool guy. After two hours in front of my mirror crying about this I sent him a really long text. I told him that I didn’t like him that way, he was making me feel uncomfortable, I still wanted to be friends. All of that cliché stuff. Mind you this was tearing me apart inside. he said that he understood and respected that I told how I felt.
I haven’t talked to him for about two months now and I think he hates me.
