I threw up today, i broke a promise to my friends after being clean for a few moths. I don’t know what to do but this guilt is eating my from the inside out. I feel like i betrayed them somehow but i just couldn’t help it…it was so tempting and the urge just kept getting stronger to the point i couldn’t resist it.
