You are a terrible, incompetent, insecure, unprofessional monster! You are a liar. You shouldn’t be allowed to manage anything, let alone any one. When you decide to change the supervisory structure for four of your employees, maybe tell them about it? Maybe even tell them about it when you make the decision, instead of posting a job opening that none of us were privy to, then when we found out about it (boy, were you mad about it) and asked you what this new position would be doing because it sounded somewhat supervisory – and you said more times than I can count, “They won’t be your boss” and “it’s not an extra layer of supervision” what you really meant was, “I’m a lying c***-hammer pulling a bad power trip because I have no life and only this crappy job to occupy my thoughts.” And also, “they will supervise/micromanage you, and I will pretend you’re all stupid or crazy for saying I said any of these things I just said.” Yeah, it was best to do it your way, two months after the new person started, we came and asked why they were giving us their work…yeah, that was the time to let us know we had a new supervisor. Good call, moron. And hey, thanks for hiring your carbon copied b*** buddy who doesn’t do any work either. You are a bad person doing bad things and it WILL come back to you.
