I hate my girlfriend’s dog.
He is untrainable. He is unintelligent. He is a burden to both of us, and to our relationship. He weighs 55 pounds, and thinks he is a lap dog. If you try to shove him out of your lap, he snaps at your face. My girlfriend and I have grown up with dogs, and have had our own dogs in the past, however, cannot control this animal. He destroys things. He slobbers everywhere. He does his business whenever and wherever he pleases (in the house, mostly). We try to discipline him, but he doesn’t understand, and for the most part thinks of it as play-time. She loves him. I have not been able to do so. She doesn’t know how I feel, and I don’t think I can tell her without breaking her heart, however, it is killing me.
