Today I was having a bad day. I was angry. I cursed. Repeatedly. I rarely curse. My friends’ were shocked when they heard it.

Anyways, just a few minutes ago, I walked next door to the gas station to get sodas. Before I was completely out of the apt complex, an older man with a bike and headphones I passed was just grinnin’ away and giving me a thumbs up. I thought he was trying to tell me something so I walked closer because I have poor hearing. I could smell the beer on him as he was still grinning and waving me over. He took off his head phones saying something about how he loved the song, and I tried on the headphones. I had NO IDEA what was going on but the song was great. I couldn’t discern what he was trying to tell me, so I just laughed, told him it was a great song and to have a good night, then continued walking. It made my day.

Unfortunately, the man was too drunk to tell me what the song was when I had asked him.
