I coach a swim team and I personally favor the faster, more athletic swimmers over the others. I don’t neglect the other swimmers but I don’t give them the attention that they need or that I give the faster swimmers. They are high schoolers and need a coach that’s supportive of all. I feel like a total jerk but I don’t know how to change my attitude. Wishing not to be myself. Wishing to be fair.
