So I recently read an article about an openly gay waitress who served in the marines or something receiving an “offensive” note as to why a group she was serving didn’t tip her despite the bill being $100…or somewhere around there.

The note reads: “I’m sorry but I cannot tip because I don’t agree with your lifestyle & how you live your life.”

The article says the group “ridiculed” the waitress, and if they did, well, f*** them. But let’s ignore this for now. Okay?

This waitress vented her grievances on Facebook–perfectly okay–and ended up getting a huge story about her and donations from all across the world. She’s even going to donate it to the military–specifically the Wounded Warrior fund. That’s cool.

But I don’t exactly agree that the note was “offensive.” Again, we’re ignoring the ridicule because I feel like that part of the article was complete b*******. That note was not offensive in any way. That’s not discrimination either. It’s a matter of “I don’t believe that how you’re living your life is good, so I can’t support you. I’m sorry.” At least they were f****** polite about it! It certainly seems like a regretful decision!

It’s like if someone went to a restaurant and found out my waiter was racist. I don’t think just anyone would tip after finding out something like that. It just wouldn’t feel right.

And then the waitress goes on to mention that she was protecting their “ignorant” lives? That justifies nothing. She’s just being a spoiled little brat who’s mad that someone didn’t give her what she felt she deserved.

I’m all for gay rights, but people do not know what discrimination is.

Anyways, sorry. Confessing an unpopular opinion that I’m claiming to be the truth because I’m an a****** like that.
