My one coworker accidentally admitted to screening important phone calls. She’s an employee who drifts from store to store as a rep. And she was supposed to be at another store today helping out as they were short handed. But she came to our store and hid in the office. And someone mentioned the other store being swamped and that the other boss wanted her there and she was like yeah I know, I’ve seen the messages, I’m not responding. And I bring this up because we needed her help last week and she never answered or returned our calls. And later said she never saw them. Highly suspect if you ask me. Fortunately for her, I think I’m the only one that picked up on it.
