I’m that friend you might have who’s been doing drugs for so long it’s just like part of what you expect from them.
I could be high and know one no it. If I was like “oh guys fyi i snorted a line before coming. checking if you’re okay with me being high” it wouldn’t be a surprise either.
I snort lines while in the middle of a casual conversation with friends standing in public without warning and no one would flinch, it wouldn’t be surprising to anyone.
October 18 of this year marks my 6th year of swallowing or snorting pills. My first time was to celebrate a friends birthday, we found some and yeah nothing has ever been close to comparable.
I’m fine with being the drug friend honestly, it makes things easier for me I don’t want them to worry about me I’m fine.
It’s just a harsh reality that I’ve been doing pills for 6 years and I only turned 19 in August. I don’t mind that I do drugs. I care A LOT about what people think of me, and I’m a bit worried the super drug friendly guy will eventually turn into the drug addict and/or wasted potential.
I graduated high school when I was 16. The school I attended had a physics class with only 8 of us students out of the 90 our school who had grades in math and science that allowed us to actually qualify for the class. I was good in school, I really into drugs at the time, but I didn’t do pills when in school, and did my work. After I graduated, I’ve only done jobs you know you wont make a career out of, like a call centre. I unsure of the exact feild i want to persue post secondary, and since I ‘m still undecided being seen as wasted potential is probably my biggest worry and secret
