I have a friend that works with a major movie production company. He has met so many famous people and I used to be really envious of that. However, now I’ve moved to LA and while it isn’t an every day thing, I do see celebrities from music, movies, and TV now and then, especially in West Hollywood and near Malibu. I’ve learned that they are just people whose faces you see because of the work they do. And some of them are rude, arrogant, socially inept, and outright devoid of common sense.

On the other hand, I saw an actor stop to help a family with children stranded on the side of the road (you would know this name) and I am blown away by the number of stars that participate in charity work and donate time and money to really important causes. I am glad I’m no longer starstruck!
