I’m the type of person that becomes friends with someone and slowly develops feelings for them. The first time this happened, my friend was straight (I’m Bi). She said no. The next time I’ve had this happen, we have talked. He has been dating his boyfriend for about a year longer than we’ve known each other. The problem is, due to some local a****** we met a year later than we probably could have, and it s**** because we’ve admitted to each other than if we had met earlier we would be dating. His current boyfriend lives across the country and they see each other maybe once every six months. They are rude and sarcastic to each other, but when hes up they shag. They don’t listen to each other at all. it frustrates me. He has now decided they are going to get engaged before ever living with each other. And I’m his go to person to talk to about it. Every time he brings it up I just want to disappear and I’m upset I can’t be happy for him.
