The worst possible customers to serve in fast food are black women. It’s a cold hard fact: Teenagers of all races and genders tend to be polite, white women tend to be quiet, and white and black men get distracted and are unsure of their orders, while foreigners are hard to understand with their accents, but black women are the only ones who are straight up rude from start to finish. If you ask them to be more specific in their order, they demand, “What do you mean___?” like it’s something personal. When you ask for the payment, they tend to smack the money on the counter or glare at you, avoiding contact rather than just politely hand the money over. Tell them there will be a longer wait time and they will throw their purses around, roll their eyes at you, and insult the very same restaurant that they’re ordering food from, like, b****, if you hate this store so much DON’T COME HERE. Yesterday it was noisy in the store and a black lady ordered three donuts but wouldn’t raise her voice to tell me which ones she wanted. As I kept asking her, she laughed in my face and insulted my intelligence, saying, “It’s so obvious, get it right, hoe.” They are impatient, take the order too personally, talk down to employees, and flip their s*** like they’re on reality TV when they are told they have to wait for some fresh food or they’re short in their payment. Like, can you NOT conform to the ghetto-b**** stereotype and learn to have some manners, please? I have no problem with any one else, whether they be black, white, or other, but middle-to-older-aged black women are the rudest customers I’ve served, and I can’t even rant about this anywhere else without fear of being called a racist.
