I NEED HELP!!

Cctv camera caught me having s** with a guy. Well it wasn’t really s**, he just showed me his p**** and was about to put it in but i stopped him. It was in a cafe and no one saw us but there was a cctv camera. I am a minor, what are the chances that it might end up online ? And can i sue someone for posting it?
