I DID!!!! and she shrugged me off but the pain it comes and goes. maybe i didnt give her enough detail but god damn i got tested and everything and im totally fine ive spent the last day and a half in bed and in the bath trying to get the pain to subside i definitely just need to get some antibiotics but i dont like using pills and shit

You probably have Chlamidya, which is a yeat infection and easily treatable.
Go to your chemist and get a few sachets for Chlamydia, it is a powder.
Mix with water and pour into your infected cunt and it will settle the symptoms and eventually make the infection go away.
Your boyfriend can take tablets to clear up his Chlamidya, so he never infects you with it again.
The other option is close the doors to your boyfriend and get rid of him and replace him with another guy without Chlamydia, when you can open your doors (or your legs) again.
