Last night was my 4th experience with sleep paralysis it always happens the same i wake up from sleeping on my back and i roll to my side and then i can’t move t his time when i rolled over i was facing a wall and when i realized could move im like f*** not agian again i was not really scared because i have never experienced any thing with it but this time i just heard screams it sounded like 4 To 6 people screaming at once it was the longest 5 mins of my life
