How do you tell someone you don’t like them? That you know they’re going to extremes to stalk you and they openly think about you in s***** ways, and that it grosses you out?

How do you tell them that you’re already in a committed relationship and that you hate their guts? That you find them unattractive (at best) and downright icky- and that they need to give up because what they want is never, ever going to happen. Any ideas?
