There’s this girl at work that I really don’t like working with. She leaves early but doesn’t tell anyone until she’s already leaving. If she told a TL she’s leaving early, they don’t always write it on the schedule so the other TLs or I will know. She will leave her drawer empty on change but not tell anyone. Just a note saying “out of quarters/low on 5s” is all I would need. If I use that register and only realize it’s out of change when I gotta make 75+ cents in change, it pisses me off. I can’t make that much change if all I have is 2 dimes, nickles, and pennies. She distracts other cashiers when they should all be working. I’ve seen her doing something she knows damn well she shouldn’t be doing. But I feel like I can’t tell the TLs or managers about my gripes because they’re all friends. Truthfully I feel like the only reason shes not fired yet (for attendance) is because shes friends with the TLs and managers. Honestly I’d rather just move away from the front end than keep putting up with BS like this.
