I recently saw a picture of my ex gf on instagram. She looks highly anorexic and I’m disgusted and sad. She was hot when we were together 5 years and had a beautiful body that didn’t need this.

She became a vegan and worked out too much as she does everything in life. She looks gaunt and like she has had plastic surgery. She rarely wears makeup. I know she knows she looks horrible. It’s a shame when pretty women go bad. I still love her though. I’m just worried for her. She looks beyond sick.
