I would say tell someone but the person may not want that.
Your friends feelings are important.
If they need someone to tell them to keep living then I will say it.
I have been through many things and the sun always rises. Always.
I’m just a random stranger but it’s gonna get better.
If they are in a bad situation think about what you can do to get out of it.
Remove the bad stuff from your life and you will slowly get better eventually.
