If these organizations are expecting donations to help students in need. They don’t need to be picky about the backpack donations. They can’t accept used backpacks. That’s dumb! If they expect new then they need to provide that themselves. If they can’t and rely on others outside that organization to donate they should not be picky. Beggers can’t be choosers.
