My job is unmageable and huge but really we don’t need managers and as much as I hate the place sometimes, I love the place so I hope it survives.

Brought in a manager a year ago, who is weak, lazy, and kind of dumb. All talk, no real action. Nothing important. Too much communication. Way too much communication. You can’t manage people, guys, men who already know what they’re doing anyway. It’s a no brainer really.
