Find people who appreciate you for who you are, who doesn’t ridicule you, who’s real friends. Besides this, try and see that everyone struggle whether they know it or not.
Try and see people for who they are, and see their struggles. Give them the benefit of doubt over and over again. Confront with love rather than hate. Anger and misery will only hurt you in the end, it’s not worth accepting their negativity. Be compassionate and emphatic with lots of love and don’t let their negativity hurt your positivity.
As an example, don’t call them stupid assholes. Call them for what they are, people, and see them. They may not treat you well, but you can always choose to treat them well for your own sake.
Then, social anxiety can f*** your perception of things. I were like you two months ago before I adopted this way of thinking. I now see people’s struggles and they are able to see mine, and even though I act foolish (awkward, anxiously, etc…), they’ll treat me well as I treat them well.
Some people will continue to step on you over and over again though. These should be left alone, but still be showed love. Again, don’t let their negativity hurt your positivity
Goodluck! There’s more to people than them being stupid egoistic narcissistic assholes 😅
