People love to tell me how short I am like I don’t realize I’ve been this way my whole life. I mean I of all people would know how short I am! But just recently I was looking at a group photo and in it was a petite lady, and two children with a group of others. The petite lady was mistaken for one of the little girls because the child had already outgrown her…. I’ve known I’m short, but it never really clicked just how different I look to others around me. I am full grown, standing at a ‘given’ 5’0. This is not really a confession, just a ‘small’ realization.
