Simple solution, easy fix:
Tell the police what he did to you (if you live in a Western Democracy like America) and they will deal with the problem and remove him.
You will probably get a payment for the distress and issues he has given you.
They will refer you to medical assistance to clean up the infection.
You will be able to get on with your life, without ever needing to worry about the next time he rapes you, or the time after that, or the time after that and so on.
The Law says “A person under the age of 18 is a minor and does not have the maturity to understand right from wrong and cannot give consent to any sexual act imposed on them”.
As a minor, you are in no way responsible for what your father did to you.
If you can’t talk to your Mother, or the Police, speak to a Counsellor at your school, or a Teacher who you trust about what your father did to you.

I don’t think you should ever see your father ever again. He should be getting a restraining order.
