This month is a very sad time for me, for it is my mother’s birthday. Its been 23 years since she died from cancer and I am still grieving over her loss. I’m trying to cope with my mom’s passing by attending a support group that can help me rebuild move forward as well as share my grief with those that have suffered to similar circumstances. I just pray that I will be able to find peace and comfort in time.

  • Hi,
23 years is the heck of a long time to be grieving for anyone let alone your mom.
I suggest you see your doctor and get on anti depression tablets, after about 3 weeks they will have kicked in and you will be feeling much more composed and you won’t be an emotional mess anymore and you will be able to take a new view on life and hopefully move forward with a more positive approach to life and make up for what you have lost out of life these past 23 years.
If ever you decide you want to come off anti depressive tablets, you cannot go cold turkey, it will fuck with your head and make you do things which you won’t be able to control.
You must reduce the anti depressant tablets by 1/4 of a tablet each week until you are no longer on them.
    Best Wishes………
