I’m more lonely than I’ve ever been, or ever thought I’d be. I’ve been on one ‘first date’ in the last 10 years. I have no idea how to meet anyone, or start a relationship.

Please, don’t take the people in your life for granted. I suppose it’s natural to do… I did it. If you catch yourself, give that extra hug, put something out there. Don’t end up like this… it’s deeply painful: being in a world swarming with people and activity and being totally alone.
