HELP HELP HELP!!!

I’ve been playing clarinet for about a total of four years, and I am in the school band. I’m somehow in the top band but I’VE BEEN LIVING A LIE THIS WHOLE TIME AND I AM SO PETRIFIED.

I don’t know any of the names of the actual notes. I know the fingerings, how to play them, the scales. But when someone yells PLAY HIGH E IDK WHAT TO DOOOO. The scales I barely get by and THATS WHY I PANICKING I HAVE TO EITHER PERFORM LIVE IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE BAND OR 16 SCALES AT HOMEEEEEE. AND THE SIXTEEN SCALES ARE REALLY JUST FOUR SCALES WITH ALL OF THE MINOR MAJOR COMPONENTS BUT I MTERRIFIED HELP I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO ANYTHINGGG
