This morning I started my period for the first time in over two months. I was over 45 days late- that never happens.

My arms are covered in red splotches that seem to be from underneath the skin and itch. I’ve had them for months and don’t know what they are or how to get rid of them. Idk if it’s eczema but I’ve never had this before.

Probably because my nerves have been so shot.
