I wanna slit my wrists so bad, the temptation is so strong. The scars are healing too fast and every time I even just listen to a song that reminds me of the nights where I would take that blade to my skin I feel like slitting them all over again. I’m holding back but i don’t know how much longer i’ll be able to. Please help me.
