Today i killed a kitten

The kittens mother was sick and ran out somewhere we started to worry when we found one of the litter dead and the mother missing we wanted to feed the kittens we put them in the blanket so no claws they squirmed so i held alittle tighter. Too tight it cant walk now might not survive the night. I feel terrible

I just i cant we are down to 2 kittens if she dies and the momma cat is still missing and probably sick /dead
