ALRIGHT SO. I’m going to tell the truth here and nothing but the truth. I’m 13 and I’ve been doing online school since March now. I turned 13 in February and I got an app called discord maybe a couple months later. I’ve made some of my best friends there! I haven’t met them, but I’ve seen them on camera so I know they’re not some 40 year olds. But since online school started, I’ve been ignoring my work more and more. I don’t want to, I really don’t, and I try my hardest to finish it. I do well on tests and assignments. I get good scores- but I don’t finish the ?warm up tasks?. My parents don’t know I have discord, if they did they would kill me. Parent teacher conferences are coming up on the 3rd, it’s currently the 1st of September, and I’m really scared of what they’ll say to my parents. I don’t want them to tell my parents. If they did, then I’ll have to tell them about Discord and I really don’t want to lose all my friends. I wish I could spend extra time on work but I don’t have extra time. I need help.
