I’ve been on a weight loss journey since Dec 2018, and managed to lose 40lbs to around a 20.2 BMI right now, but I am afraid that some of my healthy habits have started to turn to an eating disorder. I track all my calories, and have been doing that since the start, but lately I feel anxious at the thought of eating dinner, as I eat all my calories (1200+) in one sitting during lunch. Don’t really know where else to let this out, I don’t want to have an eating disorder, although it seems in some ways like I already do. Thanks for reading.
