I been so shy and low self esteem since 6th grade because I got addicted to m*********** it has ruined my whole life I feel very guilty and I am about to go into 11th grade and I feel like it is time to stop I have tried but it is so hard for me. I am going to try really hard and stop being the shy kid and turning red so fast talking to anybody.
