I love my nephew to pieces. Unfortunately he’s overweight and thinks he’s going to become a professional Smash Bros. player…and he has a girlfriend. And instead of being happy for him I am wondering what the hell she sees in him and am angry she might be enabling him somehow.

I want to be happy he has found a girl who really loves him, but she’s not making him a better person by letting him play Smash all f****** day long and gaining a ton of weight. My nephew was such a handsome smart kid. He could be a software engineer or something lucrative.

Instead he is majoring in drama, at a community college and thinks he’s going to make tons of money either being a movie star (when he’s overweight) or by playing Smash Bros. professionally. What in the world is his girlfriend thinking?? Why isn’t she slapping the s*** out of him and telling him to grow up. He’s 21 f****** years old!!
