I’ve been texting the one who got away after not seeing them for 20 yrs. They are married now. I should have stopped but couldn’t. The spouse found out and contacted me but I did not reply. I feel horrible to be that person to do this and ruin their life. I’ve been in that position before. But I still want to continue to text with the one that got away. I love them and can’t live without them. I don’t know what to do
