I started working part time in a kind of s***** corporately owned hotel on february 16th of this year. A few of the other girls at front desk like to bully me because I’m passive. However, a few weeks ago, my boss gave me a dollar raise (to $11) because I work my a** off, never complain, and always take extra shifts if they need me, and even talked s*** on everyone else in praise to me, so now I make more than one of them who got there a few weeks before me, and almost as much as the girl who worked here for a year already. They may think we are equals, and maybe see me as less, but sis, we are not the same. 💁
