Weird Quick & Fast Protein Morning Breakfast !
Step 1: Take one egg out, Crack it in a microwavable bowl and beat it.
Step 2: Put the bowl with the whipped egg in the microwave for ONE minute
( if the egg is bigger add a few more seconds. The egg will rise while cooking, but don’t worry its safe.)
Step 3: While the egg is cookking, put two pieces of toast in the toaster
And press them down
Step 4: Take a jar of peanut butter out.
Step 5: When the egg is done cooking, take it out the microwave and unstick the egg from the bowl with a spoon slidding it along the edges then middle.
Step 6: Take the toast out the toaster and spread the peanut butter on to both pieces of toast.
Step 7: Put the egg on one piece of toast, and then take the other piece of toast and put it on top of the other piece to make a sandwich.
Step 8: Cut the sandwich in half.
Step 9: Eat And Enjoy!
