The Alaska High Court rules the state s** offender registry law unconstitutional because Pedos Have Privacy Rights.
Guess you won’t like that!
If they have done their time then there is essentially no reason to have them register on an offender list. That’s the basic argument.
The list puts them at risk of attack from vigilantes who think themselves morally superior. These vigilantes eagerly attack a P*** but yet don’t attacked convicted bank robbers, drug addicts, corrupt politicians or even police who have murdered innocent motorists.
Former offenders may no longer pose a risk. And what about those who are completely innocent but got railroaded? What about those who were convicted because the law is overly broad? (Such as arresting a girl for possession of child p**********, when that p********** is n*** pictures of herself on her own phone.)
When lying politicians are rarely prosecuted and police routinely murder citizens with absolute impunity, then why should a anyone else be PERSECUTED for life?
