to those thinking about cutting – don’t. please. I have, and once you pick up that blade you know all too well how easy it is to cross that line again. because you’ve done it once. if you deserved it then, then why should this time be any different?

I’ve stopped now. but it was one of the hardest times of my life. it does get better. I am living proof. please, don’t put yourself through hell.
