Okay, I kind of need self-confidence. I don’t believe in myself at all. And I worry too much about what people think.. And it really s****, because I’m really afraid to meet new people because I think that they’re going to judge me. And there’s this guy that I know from fb, I’ve seen him before and we have a lot of friends in common we’ve been talking for like a year and I kind of like him, but I’m really afraid to go and meet him because I think that he’ll stop talking to me when he sees me. I know its stupid, but really I dk what to do about it!
I really want to be confident, and love myself but all I do is judge criticise myself. What can I do abt it? Thank you 🙂

  • When you stop comparing yourself to others, you’ll begin to see how beautiful you really are.

  • i have always said: “we were always blinded by those who are better than us, for we never really saw within ourselves to find that we are greater than what we believe”….

one way of you boosting your confidence is to go up to strangers and just ask if they have the time or a tissue or something, thank them and just leave.
what you can also do, and this does really help, is take theater courses. it will teach you to be comfortable around total strangers and to be in control when you are the center of attention instead of going into panic mode.

As for you loving yourself, the key is in your hands. all you have to do is treat yourself. dont focus on what you dont like but rather on what you do like and try to highlight it, please yourself whether by going shopping, by having a new hair cut, by watching a movie…. what ever it might be that would make you happy, do it and you will find that not only will you start loving yourself but also, people will start approaching you more and more.

    good luck
