  • Don’t worry about it. I thought I needed it at one point also. Turns out I just needed some time to myself. And then after that the ability to think twice about things. Works fine. You should try it.

  • Do you have any way to get a number of a counselor?
    Maybe a psychologist? You can talk to them and let them refer you to a more anger management specific specialist.
