Dude you messed up big, but you already know that. The question is how to go forward. You can’t just ignore the fact that you betrayed your wife and took massive advantage of a young teenager. You need to come clean and confess that you’ve hurt everyone and made a mess that’s too big to clear up. That everyone has a right to be furious with you. Then you three need to talk about how you will support these three women and four children to meet their needs and not yours.
Do not try and put ANY blame on your wife’s mental health or her sister’s beauty and “chemistry”, else you will ruin any chance that’s left for them to have a sisterly relationship.
Do not pressure the sister into having an abortion she does not want – that could ruin her life.
You need to salvage whatever you can out if this, according to what works for the people you’ve wronged – even if it means living with both sisters but having a sexual relationship with neither.
Well it’s pretty obvious you’re partly to blame, but then so is your wife for treating you like crap, then putting you in temptation’s way with a teenaged clone of herself in the peak of sexual attractiveness and fertility – then leaving you alone with her! You must be in your thirties/forties – why would she not suspect you’d succumb to the charms of a beautiful teenager? Is it possible she even *wanted* something to happen so she could blame you for breaking up the marriage?
You need to be careful you don’t end up taking all the blame for something that’s at least 50% your wife’s fault. This happened in the context of a broken down relationship.
Make sure you treat the teenaged sister like a goddess – she’s young and vulnerable and she’s given up her virginity, her independent years and possibly her whole family so that she can love you and carry your baby. Now she’s pregnant and must be very scared but she’s still sticking by you and the baby. She sounds like one in a million.
As for the wife and other kids, give them a fair chance, but they’ll probably reject you, which is too bad.
