My friend has had an awful

My friend has had an awful past couple of years. Her brother was killed one of her friends drowned and she has been depressed. She cut herself the other day. She got help and is going to therapy. I want to help her but I just can’t. I feel that nothing i say would be enough to even get through to her. She doesn’t tell anyone about anything. I just need to break through to her otherwise i’m afraid of what will happen to her…
