I wanna make music that everyone loves….I wanna make them cry, laugh, sing, and dance. I want them to see the beauty in the world and the universe around it. I have release anxiety and I won’t release anything that I create….But I know that the music I make is amazing and everyone I let hear it has a jaw dropping reaction…….But I’m gay…..I know that the world will reject me……..I wish that everyone could get past that…….I know that no matter how great the records I create are……I’m gay……So I can’t make the mark on the world that I hoped my whole life I would…..because I’m not like all the others.

Really? You think that will stop you? You know who else was gay? Freddy Mercury. You know who else? Elton freakin’ John. And they were made huge in a time much less accepting than our own. So really what’s stopping you? Fear? Anyone can overcome that. And if you really think the world isn’t accepting you, then tell off the world through your music. Even if it doesn’t touch the hearts and lives of as many people, some will hear your music screaming, “HEY WORLD! I’M DIFFERENT!!! SO GET OVER IT!!!” and will be brought to tears knowing they aren’t alone and that there’s someone somewhere who feels the same. So if anything you should take your differences and use them as an advantage. Though your audience might not be worldwide, and you might not see the difference you’re making, always remember that at the very least you’re helping yourself. So go release what you have created to the world, and the world will thank you.
