I love John, and I love him with every part of me. I’m gay, in secret, and I’ve been so in love with him now that I can do nothing but think about him and almost cry. Over the past months, I’ve thought a lot about killing myself. He isn’t gay, and I live in a place that isn’t friendly to people like me. I’ll be moving to Chicago in several months, where I’ll miss him even more.
