I have been stalking my crush (

I have been stalking my crush (also good friend) online and his girlfriend (now ex too). It started with facebook. I checked his profile everyday and when he got a girlfriend I checked her too. We had mutual friends so I could see her wall and her profile photos. Soon I learned she had twitter and kept it open so I started stalking her twitter. It was is no time that I found his too and I literally checked their twitter accounts multiple times per day, even while I was at school. She made hers private at one point and I went so far as to create a fake twitter to try to follow me ( she made it public again within 2 weeks so I deleted the fake account). When they both got instagram I would go online and look at their pictures. When they broke up I still kept stalking her online (and him too). It has been over a year and I feel so bad and wrong about this. He is my friend and I invaded his privacy…but I still stalk them both :'(
